Rosemount Diamond Cellars Traminer Riesling

Light straw with lime highlights. The nose shows perfumed and floral notes with touches of spice. Delicious floral flavours, hints of rose petal, perfumed fruit and spice form the palate. Both the palate and long finish are balanced by soft, juicy acid.

Rosemount Diamond Cellars Semillon Sauvignon

Mid-straw with green hues. Fresh and inviting aromas of gooseberry and green apple greet the nose with a citrus lilt. Tropical fruit and passionfruit Sauvignon Blanc flavours combine beautifully with Semillon’s more citrus, pineapple notes. This is a bright, zesty wine with crisp, lingering flavours.

Rosemount Diamond Cellars Semillon Chardonnay

Pale straw green tinges. An appealing nose with light, lifted and bright citrus aromas combining with freshly cut hay characters from the Semillon. A lively, soft palate with great texture. Mouthfilling flavours of rich peach and citrus lift out of the glass, balanced by a lovely sherbet-like acid.

Rosemount Diamond Cellars Chardonnay

The palate shows delicious mandarin, peach and spice notes. This is a wine with great length of flavour, balanced by a lively, zesty finish.

Rosemount Diamond Cellars Cabernet Merlot

Medium red. The nose shows delightful lifted plum and blackberry aromas. A full flavoured wine with upfront redcurrant and rhubarb flavours. The round and soft Merlot mid-palate leads to a long, integrated oak finish.

Rosemount Diamond Cellars Grenache Shiraz

Dark red with purple hues. A lovely sweet, perfumed strawberry and raspberry nose with hints of darker mulberry fruit. More complex black fruit notes give extra depth and weight. Lovely Grenache fruit flavours wash over the palate meeting headier, blackberry Shiraz notes that add weight and texture. A big and full flavoured wine that is very soft and easy to drink.

Cherry, plum and spice flavours make the long, soft palate. A mouthfilling, juicy wine with integrated toasty oak and impressive length of flavour.

Dark red with purple hues. The nose shows initial expressive Shiraz notes of spice, red and black fruit. The lift of Cabernet comes through, adding juicy, berry aromas. The wine shows lively, dark fruit flavours of cassis and plum which nicely temper the spiced Shiraz flavours. A silky palate with lots of bright fruit and ripe fruit
